Recipe: Pasta Carbonara

Ingredients:


  • Pasta
  • Bacon
  • Spring onions
  • 125g Cream cheese
  • 100ml milk
  • Parmesan
  • 1 egg
  • Garlic
  • Seasoning
Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to instructions.
  2. Brown the bacon, spring onions and garlic in a pan.
  3. Combine the bacon mix with the cream cheese, egg and milk in a bowl.
  4. Drain the pasta and return to the pan with the other ingredients for two to three minutes.
Tip: we usually use creme fraiche instead of cream cheese and milk and we sometimes add peas or mushrooms for extra veg.
